Returns & Replacements

Brave GentleMan only accepts returns on apparel, footwear, handbags, sunglasses, hats, scarves, ties, belts, cufflinks, and jewelry as stated on the product detail page. If no information is provided on the product detail page, the item may be returned if conforming to the requirements set forth below.  (From time to time, some of these items will be “final sale”—sold “as is” and not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances—and will be noted as such.)

Returned items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. They must be returned in their original packaging and in original condition, with all components, including but not limited to: hangers, polybags, hang tags on garments, shoe boxes, dust bags, cases and gift boxes.

A request to return any item must be made within 14 days of the date on which the item(s) was shipped to you. The return can be refunded to you in one of two ways: (1) BraveGentleMan store credits (product exchange) or (2) a refund in the original form of payment. Brave GentleMan will not refund shipping changes on a refund or exchange unless the product(s) arrived damaged or the incorrect order was sent. If the return is due to an item being delivered damaged or an incorrect item being shipped to you, you will be refunded for the original shipping charges you paid at the time the order was placed. Please indicate if your item was damaged or incorrect while creating your return or by contacting our Customer Support and including a note in your return package.

If you choose a refund in the original form of payment for any reasons other than a product that arrived damaged or a product arrived that was a size or item other than what you ordered, the original shipping costs are deducted from the refund (you pay for the shipping). If you request a refund in the original form of payment and used any BraveGentleMan store credits to purchase such item, those BraveGentleMan store credits will be reinstated in lieu receiving a refund for that portion of the purchase, minus shipping costs. If the credit card used in connection with the purchase is expired or invalid, we will issue a check to the billing address on the credit card, mius shipping costs. If any promotional discount was applied at the time of purchase, you will be refunded for the actual amount paid at time of purchase. If you want to return an item received as a gift, you must contact our Customer Support and you will receive your refund in BraveGentleMan credits.

Shipping & Delivery

Sales Tax

The sales tax charged depends on where the order is shipped. You will be able to view the sales tax included in your order before you confirm your order.

Shipping Time
Orders selected for next-day shipping that are placed before 1pm ET will ship the same day. If you select next day on a Friday, please be advised that your package will not be delivered until Monday. Our goal is to process and ship your order within 2-5 business days of receipt. For items that are not yet in our inventory, please allow time specified on the item for the item to be processed and shipped. A FedEx tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.

International Shipping & Shipping Cost Discrepancies 
BraveGentleMan.com offers shipping internationally, but when it comes to shoes and boots, carriers like FedEx and UPS use something called "Dimensinal Weight" which essentially charges based on size rather than actual weight. A common example is that our shoes, which weight between 2-3 lbs, are converted to weiging 20 lbs based on the size of the shoebox and the space it takes up on the airplane which brings it overseas. We are not a all happy about this expense, and the alternative is to ship without tracking, which is a risk that the buyer must take if they wnt to spend less on shipping.

Shipping Rates
The shipping cost is calculated based on your location by FedEx standard rates. For the upgrade to Next Day Air, the cost will vary by the shipping zip code. Oversized or special delivery items may be subject to a Delivery Charge in addition to the above standard shipping rate.
These additional delivery charges and shipping upgrade charges may not be eligible for combined, reduced or free shipping offers.

Shipping Carrier
Brave GentleMan ships most orders via FedEx. If you are shipping to a U.S. Post Office Box or military address, Brave GentleMan will ship your order via USPS Priority Mail.

Undelivered Packages
We are not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.
